The service
Specified for the load, not the look
An industrial floor has a different job to a home garage. It has to handle forklifts and pallet jacks, dropped tools and parts, spills of oil, fuel or process chemicals, and traffic all day, every day. The system is chosen around those loads first and appearance second.
That usually means higher-build coatings over a thoroughly prepared slab, with anti-slip texture in wet or oily zones and line marking for aisles, walkways and hazard areas.
Industrial jobs also have to fit around production. Tell us which areas can be shut down, and when, and we'll plan the work around it.

How the job runs
Every slab is different, so the detail changes from job to job. This is the usual order of work.

Walk the site
Loads, chemicals, traffic and the shutdown windows you can give us all shape the system and the schedule.

Heavy prep
Old coatings, contamination and weak surface concrete are ground back to sound slab.
- 03
Repairs
Cracks, joints and damaged areas are repaired so they don't break down under wheels.

Coating system
The specified system goes down, built to the thickness the traffic calls for.

Safety & marking
Anti-slip texture and line marking finish the job where they're needed.

Can you work around our production schedule?
We'll plan the job around the windows you can give us. Let us know which areas can be shut down, and for how long, and we'll build that into the quote and the order of work.
Will the coating handle forklifts?
Floors with forklift traffic need a system built for it: the right thickness over a slab that's been properly prepared and repaired. Tell us the equipment and the traffic, and the system will be specified to suit.
Can you coat over an existing industrial coating?
Often, but it depends on the condition of what's there. A sound coating can sometimes be prepared and recoated. A peeling or failing one needs to come off first.
Do you do line marking as well?
Yes. Line marking is one of our services, so aisles, walkways, bays and hazard zones can be marked as part of the same job.
