The service
A floor that works front and back
Commercial floors have two jobs. They take constant foot traffic, trolleys and cleaning, and they're often the first thing a customer notices. A seamless coated floor handles both: no grout lines to hold dirt, a surface that mops clean, and a finish that can be as plain or as striking as the brand calls for.
Depending on the space, that could be flake for a hard-working back-of-house, a metallic or solid colour for a showroom, or a tough topcoat for high-traffic walkways. Wet areas and entries can have grip added.
Downtime costs money in a business, so timing is part of the plan. Tell us when the space can close and we'll build the job around it.

How the job runs
Every slab is different, so the detail changes from job to job. This is the usual order of work.

The brief
The look you want, the traffic, how it's cleaned and when you can close.

Prep
Old coverings and coatings are dealt with and the slab is ground back to sound concrete.

Repairs
Cracks, joints and uneven spots are fixed so they don't show through the finish.

The system
The chosen finish goes down, with grip where people walk in wet.

Handover
You'll get timing for reopening, plus care advice for the system we lay.

Can you coat our floor without closing for long?
We'll plan around the time you can give us. Faster-curing systems such as polyaspartic can shorten the time a floor is out of action, and some spaces can be done in sections. We'll talk through the options when we see it.
Can the floor match our branding?
Colour is flexible. Solid colours, flake blends and metallic finishes all give very different looks. Tell us what you're after and we'll tell you what's achievable.
Is a coated floor easy to keep clean?
Yes. A seamless floor has no grout lines or pores to trap dirt, so regular sweeping and mopping with a suitable cleaner keeps it tidy. We'll give you care advice for whichever system goes down.
